हमारी यात्रा और प्रतिबद्धता
Adhirohan’s journey is rooted in years of quiet, consistent service. What began between 2012 and 2013 as individual efforts to help children, elders, and families in need gradually evolved into an organized initiative under the registered name Shri Sai Shankar Shikshan Prashikshan Seva Sansthan.
अधिरोहण की यात्रा कई वर्षों की निरंतर और निःस्वार्थ सेवा पर आधारित है। 2012–2013 के बीच जरूरतमंद बच्चों, बुजुर्गों और परिवारों की सहायता से शुरू हुआ यह प्रयास समय के साथ श्री साईं शंकर शिक्षण प्रशिक्षण सेवा संस्थान के पंजीकृत नाम के अंतर्गत एक संगठित रूप में विकसित हुआ।
Over the years, the work remained deeply connected to the community—responding to real needs rather than planned agendas. Whether it was providing food, supporting elders, helping children, or standing by families during difficult times, the focus was always on presence, care, and dignity.
वर्षों के दौरान यह कार्य समुदाय से गहराई से जुड़ा रहा—योजनाओं से अधिक वास्तविक जरूरतों पर आधारित। भोजन उपलब्ध कराना हो, बुजुर्गों का सहारा बनना हो, बच्चों की मदद करनी हो या कठिन समय में परिवारों के साथ खड़ा होना हो—हर पहल का केंद्र हमेशा संवेदना, साथ और सम्मान रहा।
As the work continued, Adhirohan emerged as the identity that best reflected the spirit of this journey—a name that represents growth, upliftment, and rising together. Today, Adhirohan carries forward the same values with renewed focus, reaching people directly and building trust through action.
जैसे-जैसे सेवा कार्य आगे बढ़ा, अधिरोहण उस भावना की पहचान बन गया जो इस यात्रा का सार है—उन्नति, सशक्तिकरण और साथ मिलकर आगे बढ़ना। आज अधिरोहन उन्हीं मूल्यों के साथ नए संकल्प के साथ कार्य कर रहा है, सीधे लोगों तक पहुँचकर और कर्म के माध्यम से विश्वास बनाते हुए।

Jyoti Singh is the heart and guiding force behind Adhirohan. A dedicated educator by profession and a compassionate social worker by purpose, she began Adhirohan with a simple belief — that no one should feel forgotten or alone.
ज्योति सिंह अधिरोहन की संस्थापक और इसकी प्रेरक शक्ति हैं। पेशे से एक समर्पित शिक्षिका और उद्देश्य से समाजसेवी, उन्होंने अधिरोहन की शुरुआत इस विश्वास के साथ की कि कोई भी व्यक्ति उपेक्षित या अकेला महसूस न करे।
For many years, she balanced her teaching career alongside social work, serving communities whenever time allowed. In 2020, driven by a deeper calling to serve, she committed herself full-time to Adhirohan, transforming it into a consistent and growing effort of care and compassion.
कई वर्षों तक उन्होंने अपने शिक्षण कार्य के साथ-साथ समाज सेवा की। वर्ष 2020 में उन्होंने पूरी तरह से अधिरोहन को समर्पित करने का निर्णय लिया, जिससे यह सेवा कार्य निरंतर और व्यापक रूप से आगे बढ़ सका।
From supporting underprivileged children and elderly individuals to organizing food distribution, blanket drives, and cultural celebrations, her work reflects quiet dedication, empathy, and responsibility.
वंचित बच्चों और बुजुर्गों की सहायता से लेकर भोजन वितरण, कंबल वितरण और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन तक, उनका कार्य संवेदनशीलता, समर्पण और जिम्मेदारी का प्रतीक है।

Adhirohan is supported by individuals who believe in compassion, service, and collective responsibility. While the organization is founder-led, our work is strengthened by dedicated team members who assist in planning, coordination, and outreach.
अधिरोहन ऐसे लोगों के सहयोग से आगे बढ़ रहा है जो सेवा, संवेदना और सामूहिक जिम्मेदारी में विश्वास रखते हैं। यद्यपि संस्था संस्थापक के नेतृत्व में संचालित होती है, फिर भी हमारी टीम के सदस्य योजना, समन्वय और संपर्क कार्यों में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं।

Supports on-ground activities, coordinates community visits, and helps ensure that services reach those in need effectively.
